The room was immaculatelynice and neat, making it a true home away from home. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet residential area but still close to everything we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. The complimentary coffee and cookies in the room were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return to Cg Kensington.
Despite a minor inconvenience with the authorization of our Mastercards, the hotel promptly solved the issue by accepting a cash deposit, returned to us upon checkout.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean bedrooms and modern showers. The hotel facilities were great, with coffee and tea facilities, a fridge, and a microwave provided in the room. The location was unbeatable, situated on the Kensington High street and close to the tube, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding positively to our requests.

Small room but clean with new amenities and soft bed. Good location near shops and restaurants. Helpful staff fixed sink plug quickly. No large sign but clearly numbered door. Would consider staying again.
