Efficient and kind welcome/organization. Comfortable room. Newly renovated bathroom. Excellent central location. Close to Tube station. Reasonable price.

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, making it a true home away from home. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet residential area but still close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. The complimentary coffee and cookies in the room were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return to Cg Kensington.

Despite a minor inconvenience with the authorization of our Mastercards, the hotel promptly solved the issue by accepting a cash deposit, which was returned to us upon checkout. Additionally, the hotel's policy of having a fee for lost keycards is understandable and did not affect our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless bedrooms and modern showers. The hotel facilities were great, with coffee and tea facilities, a fridge, and a microwave provided in the room. The location was unbeatable, situated on the Kensington High street and close to the tube, making transportation easy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, responding positively to our requests.

Small room but clean with new amenities and soft bed. Good location near shops and restaurants. Helpful staff fixed sink plug quickly. No large sign but clearly numbered door. Would consider staying again.
